1. What Magicfab is for
Magicfab is designed for creating original images and videos for personal, creative and commercial projects. Requests and outputs are checked by automated moderation before you see them.
2. Not allowed
Face swaps, deepfakes or any image, video or audio that uses a real person's face, body or voice without their documented consent.
Voice cloning or imitation of real people, and lip sync on footage of real people.
Sexual content, and any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful context. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities.
Content that harasses, threatens, defames or impersonates people or organisations, or that promotes violence or hatred.
Content that infringes trademarks or copyright, including well-known characters and brands you do not own.
Misleading political content, fake news, or content designed to deceive people about real events.
Attempts to bypass moderation, resell credits, or use stolen payment methods.
3. Reporting
To report content, contact us with a link and a short description. Reports of non-consensual intimate content are handled within 24 hours.
