1. Who we are
Magicfab is operated by Appnova Enterprises Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Magicfab you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
3. Credits
Credits are a non-transferable, non-cashable right to use Magicfab software features. They are not money, stored value, a gift card or a voucher, and they cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or moved to another account.
Each generation costs the number of credits shown in the quote you accept. Subscription credits roll over for one month, up to one month's allowance. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
If a generation fails for technical reasons, the reserved credits are returned to your balance.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and handles invoicing and sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Your content and outputs
You keep ownership of the material you upload. You give us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service. Subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use outputs for personal and commercial purposes.
Outputs may carry provenance metadata (such as C2PA content credentials) or an invisible watermark added by the model provider, identifying them as AI-generated. You must not remove these markers where the law requires AI content to be labelled.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse a generation, remove content or suspend accounts that break it.
7. Availability and changes
Models are provided by third parties and may change, become slower or be withdrawn. We may replace a model with a comparable one and will tell you when we do. Prices shown before launch are estimates.
8. Liability
Magicfab is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep any mandatory rights they have under the law of their country of residence.
