Refund Policy

1. Failed generations
If a generation fails for technical reasons (provider error, timeout, black or corrupted output, wrong length), the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
2. First subscription
You can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days, provided you have used fewer than 100 credits.
3. Top-up packs
Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
4. Quality requests
Draft generations include one re-roll. For final generations you are unhappy with, you can request a credit refund of up to 10% of your monthly allowance with a short reason.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you agree at checkout that the service starts immediately and that your right of withdrawal ends once you start using credits.
