The data controller is Appnova Enterprises Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, London, United Kingdom.
2. What we collect
Account data (email, name, sign-in provider), usage data (generations, settings, credit history), files you upload and the outputs you create, and billing records received from our payment partner. We do not store full card details.
Before launch, this website only collects the email address you enter in the waitlist form, once that form is active.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the product using aggregated analytics.
4. Who we share it with
Infrastructure and AI model providers that process requests on our behalf, our payment partner, analytics and error-monitoring tools. A full list of sub-processors will be published before launch.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep data while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable period after you close it, unless the law requires longer. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting us. You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK ICO.
